Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. On the Home Page there is a menu where you can choose from the different product categories, when you select a category you will be taken to the individual product category. You can then click on ‘More Info’ for more detailed product & warranty information.
Alternatively you can use our Search feature by typing in the product code or the name of the item you are searching for.
When you have selected an item, click on the ‘Add to Basket’ button and if your order is complete click the Secure Checkout button (if you wish to continue shopping please click the Continue Shopping button). On the Checkout page simply fill in your details - REMEMBER TO FILL IN THE DELIVERY ADDRESS - when complete, click the Continue button and you will be taken to our secure server, you will then be asked to fill in your card details to complete your purchase.

Payment Methods

There are four different ways to pay and you don’t have to ‘log in’ or ‘register’ with us in order to make a purchase. You can pay by one of the following methods:

Credit/Debit Card Payments Online

Payments can be made by visiting our website and making a purchase online. Payments are processed by Protx via our Merchant Account facility with LloydsTsb, and we do not retain any of your Card details.

Credit/Debit Card by Telephone

If you would prefer to call us and pay by Credit/Debit Card, you can do so by calling us on 0845 017 9788 and a member of our Sales team will process the payment for you.

Cheque

Payments may be also be made by cheque. Please call us on 0845 017 9788 for more details. Please be aware that if you wish to pay by this method, we cannot deliver the goods you have ordered until payment has cleared into our account.

Bacs/Chaps

If you wish to pay by BACS or CHAPS please call us on 0845 017 9788 for more details. If you wish to pay by BACS please allow 3-5 working days for payment to reach our account and once payment has cleared, we will deliver the items you have ordered. There will be a charge for paying by CHAPS from your own Bank, however payments will clear into our account same day, you would need to speak to your own Bank with regard to potential charges.

We will send you an invoice once payment has been processed. Please include a valid e mail address and all relevant business contact details when purchasing online.
